Flat Barbell Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 85 lbs
Narrow Pulldowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 55 lbs
Triceps Pushdown: 1 set 10 reps @ 50 lbs (this is still tough as all get-out)
Bench Press: 1 set 10 resp @ 60 lbs
Seated Lat Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Rear Deltoid Row: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Chest Fly: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Military Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 25 lbs
Gungbu / Long Stance: 2 mins ea. side
Rows: 3 mins @ 35 lbs (cooldown)
Body Weight: 299.5 lbs (yeah, whatever)
Next week, I'm probably going to bump all of the 35 lbs workouts up to 40, mostly 'cause I'm sick of switching from 35 to 40 to 35 to 40, and I can probably handle the exercises at 40 lbs anyway.
