Maximum Deletion

So I guess the alternate universe doesn't have Daleks, so the Cybermen get both Davros and a catchphrase ("Delete! Delete! DELETE!!!").

Still, cool. :) The Ricky/Micky scenes were very good, and Owen from Vicar of Dibley John Lumic is a wonderfully snarky Davros CyberLeader.

I'm looking forward to part two!

Did you notice that Lumic's pinstripe suit is of the same lavender-on-brown material that the Doctor's is?

I actually forgot there were 2 more this season, and actually meant the last 2-parter. But "The Impossible Planet" and it's follow up are damn good as well ^.^;

Rose, however, could definitely use a good smack upside the head. Her obsession with seeing her dead Daddy nearly ends up obliterating the future of the human race in "Father's Day" because she didn't listen to the Doctor's warnings... so what does she do here? Insists that she's just got to go see "her" Daddy and ignores the Doctor's warnings...

You get Vicar of Dibley but not Only Fools and Horses?!

Only Fools is seen as comedy classic over here, I really recommend looking into it, Gneech :)

We get Are You Being Served, Keeping Up Appearances, Waiting for God, Monty Python, Vicar of Dibley, Chef, To the Manor Born, May to December, and the one with Judy Dench that I can never remember the title of (As Time Goes By), Last of the Summer Wine (I think that's the title), Father Ted, and Fawlty Towers. That's pretty much it as far as Britcoms go on PBS. When we first got digital cable, we were excited to get BBC America, but then all they played was What Not to Wear, So Graham Norton, Trading Spaces, and not much else. So that was a disappointment.

Keeping Up Appearances!! I ADORE that show! I've not heard of 'Chef'. Vicar of Dibley is good because Dawn French is pure class. Last of the Summer Wine I've seen on TV since I was a kid, I cant stand it. Father Ted is absolutely hilarious, its such a shame it had to end because of the death of a cast member.

But yeah, it is very surprising that you dont have Only Fools and Horses, it's pure class, and I highly recommend giving it a watch if you're ever able! :)
