Inspection, er, Inspectorated!

All was well with the inspection; there was a minor issue with the doorbell (you have to press it 'til your thumb almost breaks, but it rings), and there are still some things with the place that need fixing, but they were not part of the move-in contract. We're just planning to take care of them ourselves (raingutter coming loose on one corner, dimmer switch doesn't dim, etc.).

An automatic garage door opener. Man. This is luxury!

So, by this time tomorrow, the place will be ours.

If nothing else, you could hire someone to stand at your door and go DING DING DING DING loudly when their nose is pressed!

Congrats on the new house!

Final Countdown Time!
Sounds good. Do get that dimmer looked at however. Bad dimmer switches can also pose somewhat of a hazard depending on the mode of failure.
