The problem is, once I'm up, I am still sleepy and spend the day trying to stave off the desire for a nap. And if I do succumb and take a nap, it's Bam! straight into deep R.E.M. sleep, and another 30+ minute slog to drag myself back out of bed again.
Not sure what to make of it; it might also be a reaction to the warmer weather. Whatever it is, I wish it would leave me alone. I've always resented sleep as it is for taking up 7+ hours of time I might be spending on something I want to do daily, plus extra on the weekends. If it's going to be 8.5+ hours plus large chunks of my weekend, plus beating me up about it, things are going to turn ugly.
