This dorky scale is just playing with my head. Monday last week: 307. Weds: 310. Sat: 307. Tonight: 312. WTF? I don't mind a little bouncing, but this is just silly.

Anyway, on to the numbers!

Warmup: 3 mins Aerobic Rows @ 25 lbs (easy)
Cross Triceps Extension: 2 x 10 reps each side @ 25 lbs (mod)
Seated Resisted Punch: 2 x 10 reps each side @ 25 lbs (mod)
Standing Reverse Fly: 3 x 10 reps @ 15 lbs (easy to hard)
Standing Chest Press: 2x 10 reps @ 25 lbs (tough)
Aerobic Row: 1 x 40 reps @ 25 lbs (mod to tough)
Cooldown: 3 mins Aerobic Rows @ 25 lbs (easy)

Body Weight: 312 lbs (???)
