Urgleburgle

Insides doing strange things, muscles being unresponsive. Unfortunately, I have 8 hours of leave time. -.-

Guess I'll be going in! :P

How hot is it where you are, and how much exertion have you been undertaking in the heat? Because from here, that sounds suspiciously like heat exhaustion...

If you suspect it might be, here's the best cure: minimal physical exertion, avoid the sun, and drink plenty of fluids, preferably either water or sports beverages, and preferably at or slightly below room temperature. (NOT chilled! Chilled drinks can easily shock your system and make the problems worse.) For at least the next 24 hours, and better if it's closer to 72, drink as much as you feel thirst for and around 10% more - if it's heat-related illness, your appetite and thirst are going to be off, and you aren't going to want as much as you need.

Cool, but not cold, showers are also a good thing - though I can understand that they may not be available at work...

Actually, it's pretty mild today, and most of the symptoms seem to have passed. I suspect it was just a case of "got out of bed too early" -- which I get a lot. :P
