Saturday Workout Report

Since I never did do my Wednesday workout due to various delays, I did that today, and will do today's workout tomorrow. Yeah, I know it doesn't really work that way, but it's the best I can do. It'll still give me the right number of workouts in the end, and the main thing is that I keep going.

Let's see the numbers!

Warmup: 3 mins aerobic rows @ 25 lbs (easy)
Cross Triceps Extension: 2 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs (mod; I raised this from Monday)
Seated Resisted Punch: 2 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs (mod)
Standing Reverse Fly: 3 sets 10 reps @ 15 lbs (easy to mod by the end)
Standing Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 25 lbs (easy/mod)
Aerobic Row: 1 set 40 reps @ 30 lbs (mod)
Cooldown: 3 mins aerobic rows @ 25 lbs (easy)

Body Weight: unknown, was too busy to check

Not too shabby. :) On to today's workout, tomorrow!

In other news, sirfox saved the day by running his Furry D&D -- thanks, dude! :D This is a fun game, although tonight's session had an unfortunate tendency to be interrupted by Buddha demanding attention or people grabbing drinks and snacks. Still, considering Josh acquired the module all of 30 minutes before the session started, I'd say he was doing a good job of running it!

It's impressive the way you consistently keep up with the workout routine(s). Keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing your newly strengthened physique someday. ;)
