Thursday Workout Report ("It's Time to Play the Music" Edition)

In between episodes of The Muppet Show (Second Season), I did a workout!

And here's the numbers...

Bent Rear Delt Row: 10 @ 30 lbs (easy, but with some back strain)
Leg Kickback: 10 @ 40 lbs (moderate)
Standing Reverse Fly: 10 @ 20 lbs (moderate)
Decline Chest Press: 10 35 lbs (moderate)
Chest Fly: 10 @ 30 lbs (mod/tough)
Incline Cross Triceps Extension: 10 @ 25 lbs (moderate)
Narrow Lat Pulldown: 10 @ 50 lbs (moderate)
Wide Lat Pulldown: 10 @ 30 lbs (easy/mod)
Aerobic Row: 40 @ 30 lbs (easy/mod -- finally got the form right on these)
Low Back Extension: 2 x 10 @ 30 lbs (easy, but I need to crunch my abs better)
Resisted Diagonal Crunch: 12 @ 30 lbs (moderate)
Cross Triceps Extension: 10 @ 35 lbs (sorta -- left arm gave out after 4 ... so 7 @ 35 lbs?)
Seated Resisted Punch: 10 @ 35 lbs (tough)

Body Weight: 318.5 lbs

Now -- on to the John Cleese episode!
