Pop Culture Exploded All Over It

The current Order of the Stick is a testament to the obscure somehow being really, really funny.

I didn't get it at first, due to the mixture of references, and the fact that I went to the comic from Gneech's link, not the entry page, and therefore didn't see the comic's title. But after some thought, and a re-viewing, I agree.

I like to think I have a broad knowledge of literature, but sometimes it lets me down. :p

At first, I was trying to figure out where the title was for this one. Then I was thinking, well, those look like argonauts, but what does Scott Summer have to do with... d'oh, I didn't see that one coming. But what about Rhode.... gah, I didn't see that one coming either. >_<;

Lol at secret entrance with LOST symbols on it, followed by a sign saying the "Greg Initiative".... wonder if anyone watched that show?

Cyclops and the Sheep.

I thought that was more obvious than obscure.

No clue. It took me a few seconds to go "Oh I get it".

Would have been more obvious with some yellow coloured ram walking around on the island, but thats beside the point.
