I knew you were going to end your comic someday, but I didn't think it would be so soon. Still, The Suburban Jungle's meant a lot to me through the years in terms of humour and wit. Not to mention it was a link on your site that alerted me to the fact that the artist who drew the Class Menagerie had produced another comic - and ultimately it resulted in a three year long (and counting!) relationship with KyleT. And for that, Gneech, I can't thank you enough. I think I'd take a charming, funny red-haired artist over some brat with a shortbow and poor aerodynamic proportions any day.

I'll miss your cast and your flair for art and humour, but like Robert Frost said, nothing gold can stay. I hope you thoroughly enjoy anything you've got planned in the future, whether it be art, writing, or even nothing at all.

I have no idea what the brat with a shortbow comment is about, but whatever! :D

And the art and humor will still be around, they'll just be turned to other subjects for a while. :)

It's a bad reference to cupid :). I think I'm going to go to bed before the sleep deprivation destroys what remains of my limited command of language, and I just start slurring swearwords online.

That's great to hear! I just hope you take a bit of time for yourself, first.

Thanks for the decade of fun! I've posted in the SJ group in more detail, but again I dearly hope you keep the SJ site going for us.

Is it the end of Suburban Jungle as a whole or are you still planning on an extended break and then bring it back as a comic book?

It'll be back eventually, I'm sure. I've got plenty of other stories to tell with those guys. But I've got several things that need doing first, including getting NN rolling again, getting some of those books published, and so on. :)

cool! I'll have to take heart in that then...being that SJ and NN are my two main comics,I'll look forward to more NN in the meantime.

thanks for letting us know!

SJ is/was the most time-consuming of your projects, so setting it aside to move other stuff along makes sense.

I'm not looking forward to the end of the strip, but I certainly would love to see what you do with the characters henceforth.

Thank you, Mr. Robey, for a decade of enjoyment.

I hope you feel an enormous sense of achievement - that's quite a project to have completed (even though I'm sure the story's not over yet).

Thank you for the memories and sharing the fun:) I'm looking forward to whatever your muse comes up with in the future.
