Lower Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 50 lbs (medium, up 5 lbs from last time)
Arm Extensions: 2 sets 10 reps @ 70 lbs (medium, up 5 lbs from last time)
Upper Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 45 lbs (medium)
Vertical Traction: 2 sets 10 reps @ 100 lbs (medium/tough, up 5 lbs from last time)
Shoulder Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 20 lbs (medium/tough -- this one ain't gettin' any easier!)
Squat Lift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (tough -- it ain't the weight, it's the squattin')
Leg Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 120 lbs (medium -- easier than last time)
Cable Cross: 2 sets 10 reps @ 35 lbs (medium -- easier than last time)
Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium/tough)
Arm Curl: 2 sets 10 reps @ 35 lbs (hard -- easy at first, but muscles failing by the end)
Weight: 326 lbs (???)
Yes, according to the same scale under the same circumstances as Monday, I'd somehow gained 12 lbs. WTF? Given that the scale was a bit skewed from the wall, my guess is that somebody kicked it or hit it with a towel cart or something and knocked it out of alignment. I reported it to the facility. Somehow I think I would have noticed if I'd gained 12 lbs in three days.
And now I leave this post with Phoenix Wright's toughest case!
