Today's Breakfast Discovery

It's amazing the difference that even a small dash of red pepper flakes will make in one's scrambled eggs. Use with caution!

That said ... NOM. :d

Now try it with Tabasco sauce. Or Tapatio.

And if you want the eggs to be really fluffy, try adding a little bit of heavy cream.

As for hot sauces, I rather go for Jim Bean's Kentucky Hot Sauce (brewed from Jim Bean burbon, but there's no alcohol left in the sauce), or a light dribble of Sriracha (the red rooster sauce).

Though I've recently discovered an incredible (and incredibly hot) wasabi mustard that's to die for...

Hm...I haven't heard of Jim Beam's Kentucky Hot Sauce. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
