Workout Report 06/30/2011

Yes, they're back! Sure, it's been since ... er ... February. But everything in the universe happened to me between then and now, which has left me kind of frazzled. But that doesn't matter! All that matters is moving forward.

Lower Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 45 lbs (medium)
Arm Extensions: 1 sets 10 reps @ 65 lbs, 1 set 10 reps @ 60 lbs (medium/tough)
Upper Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 45 lbs (medium)
Vertical Traction: 2 sets 10 reps @ 90 lbs (medium)
Shoulder Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 20 lbs (medium)
Squat Lift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium/tough)
Leg Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 120 lbs (medium)
Cable Cross: 2 sets 10 reps @ 35 lbs (medium/tough)
Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium/tough)
Arm Curls: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs, 1 set 10 reps @ 30 lbs (medium/tough)
Weight: 318 lbs., down 7 lbs from January

Considering how long it's been, I'm pleased at how little I'd slipped. The weight loss is nice too, although less of a surprise. I've been cutting back on my sugar/carb intake for a while now, particularly my various Starbucks habits. Hopefully, assuming life lightens up and stops knocking me on my keister for a while, I can keep it up for a while!
