Arm Extensions: 2 sets 10 reps @ 65 lbs (medium)
Upper Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 55 lbs (medium)
Vertical Traction: 2 sets 10 reps @ 85 lbs (medium)
Shoulder Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs (medium/tough)
Squat Lift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium)
Leg Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 140 lbs (medium)
Cable Cross: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium)
Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 50 lbs (medium)
Arm Curls: 2 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs (medium/tough)
Weight: 330 lbs (okay, the English weights are back again ... WTF guys?)
A few days' break made everything seem a little too easy this time around -- next time, it's one set of each at +15 pounds again!
