Kero asleep

Okay, It's Time to Consider the Pink Slip

The receptionist is out again, this time due to come in between 12:00 and 12:30, but I'll believe it when I see it. I'm going to have to try to call around for movers on my cell phone and just hope that I get a lull in phone calls here so I don't get too many interruptions.

Once that's done, I guess I'll try to work on my writing some, although I don't know that I'll be able to get much done. I've been staying up for the past several nights, any my mindset has suffered for it. Maybe I'll just vegetate and play Freecell instead.

Status Report

The receptionist did finally get in, sounding hoarse and looking exhausted.

The cable and internet services are set up at the new place. We still need to set up the new e-mail addresses.

Movers have been arranged for Thursday morning; cost is projected to be in the ~$500 range. Bleah. But with me out of commission, it's kinda necessary.

I am suffering from minor exhaustion; I suspect tonight will consist of a nap, some sitting around watching Slayers, and then bed, with occasional forays onto the internet for posting tomorrow's SJ.

That's it for now. Back to work!

Feels Good to Get Something Done

Strips are done and posted through monday, thanks to the efforts of kellogs2066 and katayamma, both of whom are super-swell guys. :)

I've had a nice relaxing evening of Slayers and Icewind Dale II (dang, this game is hard!), and I'm now off to catch up on my sleep.

I'm feeling much better now than I was yesterday, thanks to my good friends out there in cyberspace. Thanks, all!

G'nite, everyone. Here's hoping that tomorrow is even better than you already deserve. :)
