Kero asleep

I wrote a fairly lengthy post about my weekend, but LJ ate it. In a nutshell:

Saw X2. It good. Not as good as first movie, but still good.

Played some more of "Darkened Skye." It good. Not as clever as it thinks it is, but enjoyable.

Reading Thief's Gamble by Julia McKennit. It good. Suffers from world-builder's disease but enjoyable.

Watched lots of videos. Them good.

Can't get to sleep at night, and once asleep can't stay asleep 'cause of annoying dreams. Them bad. Me wish they would shut up.

Me post to LJ now. Post good.

Well, the end of May is upon us (Ack!) -- which means that AnthroCon is looming closer than ever. So, after spending the past few weeks avoiding Suburban Jungle as much as possible, it's time to start giving it priority for a bit. I need to get bjbuttons to do me some new designs (which means I have to get the artwork to him), and I have a handful of requests from Merchandise Maven mammallamadevil that I've been sitting on way too long.

Book Three has officially been punted. I don't know when Orange Alert is going to see print, but it won't be this summer. I've just had too many things going on to devote proper attention to it. I feel kinda bad about harassing kelloggs2066 and Vince to get material from them back in March, but at the time, I thought I was going to be able to get it done.

While I'm on the subject, I think focus will move back to another storyline starting on Monday. Mikey and Wally are off to a good start, and need to simmer in the background for a little while; so that means I have to decide what to do next. Tiffany/Leona/Woody? Dover/Lagston? Something else? Hmm. Must ponder. It might be good to do something with the Watering Hole-In-The-Wall.
