What Was I Saying...?

Sue Deer sent me this today:

I want to put together 2 small books (small photo albums), one for Kerry and one for her folks, full of drawings of bunnies, pookas and jackelopes and including a message for, or about Kerry. People can email them to me for expediency, and send or bring originals.

Help me pass this along.

Kerry was very fond of cartoon bunnies of all stripes, but also loved pictures of the con table, happy moments at the Suburban Jungle room parties, and so forth.

It strikes me that during rough times this exercise is probably even more worth doing than usual. I couldn't do it last night-- there wasn't room for anything other than what was happening last night. But tonight, I can do it.

1. Saw a huge outpouring of love for Kerry today. FWIW, I think it's fair to say she knew she was loved. The reason she went so overboard to help everyone was because she loved people and wanted to see them smile.


2. Received a huge outpouring of love myself, for which I'm very grateful. I'm going to try to channel that energy back out to those who need it as much if not more than me. Many people have been devastated by the loss of Kerry, and I will do my best to help them get through it, just as she would have done herself.


3. In the midst of everything else, I managed to finish the pencils for the "25 Essential Expressions" exercise for Tanya today. It was challenging! Tanya's a rather complex character design by my usual standards.
