Workout Report (8/8)

Had to go solo this morning, as laurie_robey's picked up a nasty cold.

Lower Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 65 lbs (medium)
Arm Extensions: 2 set 10 reps @ 85 lbs (medium)
Upper Back: 2 set 10 reps @ 75 lbs (medium)
Vertical Traction: 2 sets 10 reps @ 105 lbs (medium)
Shoulder Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium)
Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 60 lbs (medium/tough-- different machine than usual)
Cable Cross: 2 sets 10 reps @ 50 lbs (easy/medium)
Squat Lift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium)
Arm Curls: 2 sets 10 reps @ 35 lbs (easy/tough)
Leg Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 140 lbs (medium)
Ab Crunch: (skipped, machine was being camped)
Weight: 319 lbs

Nothing much exciting to report here, other than that, y'know, I made it. :) I was sorta "not pushing anything" this morning, as I woke up with my back complaining from the old bed, but even with that the routine was noticeably easier. Woot. :)
