Gneech, Shapechanger (Workout Report)

Either my traps and/or delts have bulked up, or my love handles have slimmed down, because my shirts are loosely going "swish-swish" on my lower back in a manner which I find disconcerting. Not bad, just unaccustomed.

Lower Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 70 lbs (easy/medium)
Arm Extensions: 2 set 10 reps @ 95 lbs (medium)
Upper Back: 2 set 10 reps @ 70 lbs (easy/medium)
Vertical Traction: 2 sets 10 reps @ 110 lbs (medium)
Shoulder Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 45 lbs (medium/tough)
Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 60 lbs (medium/tough-- different machine than usual)
Cable Cross: 2 sets 10 reps @ 50 lbs (medium)
Squat Lift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium)
Arm Curls: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (easy/tough)
Leg Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 120 lbs (medium)
Ab Crunch: 2 sets 10 reps @ 75 lbs (easy/medium)
Weight: 321 lbs

I wasn't feeling that great this morning, so I deliberately throttled back on the difficulty for an "easy day." I still kept the weight up on my weakest exercises, tho. I notice that Skippy agrees with himself today. I wonder if I'm getting the hang of using him, or if it's just random.
