Workout Report (15/15)

Not a lot to see here.

Lower Back: 2 sets 10 reps @ 75 lbs (medium)
Arm Extensions: 2 set 10 reps @ 95 lbs (medium)
Upper Back: 2 set 10 reps @ 80 lbs (medium)
Vertical Traction: 2 sets 10 reps @ 115 lbs (medium)
Shoulder Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 45 lbs (medium/tough)
Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 60 lbs (medium/tough-- different machine than usual)
Cable Cross: (skipped)
Squat Lift: (skipped)
Arm Curls: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium/tough)
Leg Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 160 lbs (medium/tough)
Ab Crunch: 2 sets 10 reps @ 80 lbs (medium)
Weight: 323 lbs

We had a couple of slammers this time. Ugh. :P
