Arm Extensions: 2 set 10 reps @ 95 lbs (medium)
Ab Crunch: 2 sets 10 reps @ 80 lbs (medium)
Upper Back: 2 set 10 reps @ 80 lbs (medium/tough)
Vertical Traction: 2 sets 10 reps @ 115 lbs (medium)
Shoulder Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 45 lbs (medium)
Chest Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 70 lbs (medium)
Leg Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 160 lbs (medium)
Arm Curls: 2 sets 10 reps @ 40 lbs (medium/tough)
Cable Cross: 2 sets 10 reps @ 50 lbs (medium)
Squat Lift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 50 lbs (medium)
Weight: 321 lbs

ME: *sit at machine*

SOME GUY: *instantly* Are you gonna use that machine?

ME: *baffled* Yes?

SOME GUY: *looks annoyed, goes back to machine he's on*

Really dude? 7:00 a.m. is too early to be putting up with that kind of thing.
