Regardless of the numbers, I am definitely starting to shrink out of my shirts, having moved from the 2X-3X range squarely back down into the middle of 2X. My cotton bermuda shirts in particular are developing a definite tent-like quality. I'm happy to see the progress– but I'll be sad to lose the shirts. They're comfy, and it's hard to find shirts in that style that aren't eye-pokingly ugly. On the other hand, I'm not willing to stay over 300 lbs. just for the sake of a few shirts. ;)
As for what caused me to gain two weeks in a row, although I was reluctant to accept it at first I'm going to go with the "muscle development" theory, as I have been doing the DailyBurn regularly and I'm definitely feeling definition in my arms, legs, and lower abs that wasn't there two weeks ago.
So, woot'n'stuff. ;)
