This may not sound like much.
For those who don't know what burpees are, they are a full-body move which I suspect were given a ridiculous name so you wouldn't know until too late how evil they were.
In short, you do a squat, jump from the squat into a plank, jump from the plank back into a squat, and then jump up to standing position. This is a move that the most hardcore Crossfit Geeks write whole blogs about how much they hate it.
I was given 60 seconds to do as many as I could, and I managed ten, never having done any before. I'm considering that an achievement unlocked. :) I'm doubly-pleased because I was in a severe "Oh God I have NO motivation, can I please skip everything!" mood, but I shut up and did my workout anyway. That's not easy, sometimes.
Also, spoiler alert: assuming my weight doesn't go up overnight (which I can't imagine it doing), tomorrow's weigh-in will be my best yet.
