Weekly Weigh-In, 10% Barrier Broken Edition
297.0, down 2.6 lbs from last week, for a total of 22 lbs lost (average 1.4 lbs/wk). That's hit (and surpassed) my initial 10% goal of 299.3, giving me a new 10% goal of 287.1.
Remember that sputtering airplane progress report? It has become more like a bumpy slalom ride.
It's nice to see progress in something. :)
