Weekly Weigh-In, Missed a Week Edition

297.3, down 0.8 lbs from two weeks ago, for a total loss of 21.7 lbs, averaging 1.1 lbs/week.

Better than I expected, actually, considering that my diet has not been the best and I've done precious little exercise. The whole house sale situation has me stressed, and I keep wanting "seasonal food" (i.e., carbs, candy, and comfort) due to the roll in of the colder weather. But I've been making an effort to keep my choices on the sensible side, at least, and it seems to be working.

Going to try to get back on the workout wagon starting today. :)
