Weekly Weigh-In

299.4, down 1.4 from last week but still up from my lowest, total weight loss 19.6 lbs, averaging -0.2 lbs/week.

I've been doing the DailyBurn Total Cardio program almost every day this week, but my points expenditure has been up largely as a factor of the colder weather. I'm just plain hungry all the time and constantly craving chocolate particularly, as well as "comfort food" generally. Unfortunately, as we're out of season, my selection of fruits to snack on is down. Squishy, bitter grapes FTL.

But we shall persevere. :)
