296.6, up 0.9 lbs from last week. :P This is pretty frustrating, considering that with the exception of Christmas day and a carb-heavy day of hospital food, I was consistently under on points and earned a ton of activity points last week. I'm guessing that my body is skidding along the 295 barrier the way a spacecraft bounces across the atmosphere during re-entry. In short, I fear I may be at a plateau.
I don't have time to ponder the issue right now as I have to go do that trip to Tidewater I didn't do on the weekend. So in the short-term, I'm going to keep on keepin' on and see if I can't figure out a good change-up to kick things in motion again. I still want to get to 290 by FC, but I've only got a couple of weeks left to get there.
