Weekly Weigh-In

290.4, down 2.7 lbs from last week, 28.6 lbs total lost, average 0.9 lbs/week. Assuming this sustains through next week, I will need to get another sleep study because I will have lost 10% of my original weight and that changes the required settings for CPAP/BiPAP.

It's nice to be making progress. :)
