This is actually a result I'm fairly pleased with, considering that my weight on Monday was 292, thanks to a largish "Valentine's dinner" on Thursday night, and a very carby, no-exercisey weekend of being in the car.
The annoying part is, even though I was over on points those days, it was only by four or five points each, still well under my weekly points before even counting the huge pile of activity points I always bank. In short, according to Weight Watchers, I should have still been losing weight instead of regaining 4 lbs in three days.
But nope. To get results, I need to never go over, and if at all possible, stay a minimum of 10 points under. Stupid rigged game. :P
Anyway. Damage (mostly) controlled. Next week should be progress again.
