Weekly Weigh-In, Bouncing Along the Bottom Edition
279.1, tied with my previous low, which isn't bad considering how inconsistent my diet and exercise have been this week, but I would like to get off this plateau and break the 40 lbs lost barrier instead of bouncing against 39.9 lbs over and over again. Unfortunately, to do that, I would have to make that my priority over other things that I'm trying to concentrate on.
You can't really operate with multiple priorities. That's what "priority" means. -.-
