284.3, which is a few pounds up from last time I measured, which was all too long ago. I am not surprised by this: between financial stress and having my brain eaten by a book, things like diet and exercise have been thrown completely off-kilter. Since Thursday starts a new week, points-wise, I am using this as an opportunity to do a soft reboot of the health plan and get back on track. Fortunately, not that much progress has been lost, and that can be relatively easily regained simply by paying attention again.
