Last night we drove back because I had reached the end of my heart meds (which I need to not miss if at all possible), so Laurie is driving back down there today solo to continue helping out the family, while I stay here and take care of business (and the cats).
Alas, trips like this always wreak havoc on my fitness goals, as "fast, cheap, and convenient" trump "healthy and actually any good" in the food department. Thus it is that after making a push to get "back on the wagon" with both exercise and diet, I end the week at 284.2, only 0.1 lbs down from last week. *headdesk* Oh well, I'm back home now, time to keep on keeping on.
Gonna try to get some art done over the next few days; I also need to finish off the script for issue four and get that rolling. So I've got plenty to do! The hard part is picking a task to focus on and actually starting.
