Thursday Workout Report

I had a counselor appointment this evening, so my workout was a bit late, but I managed to do the whole thing. I put in the incremental intensity increase in the software, but it'll be a week or two before that translates into an actual 5-lb notch. Meanwhile, I also manually chose heavier weights for a few of the exercises. For those who want the details...

3 minutes of rows @ 50 lbs (warmup)
Resisted reverse crunch: 1 set 15 reps @ 10 lbs
Rope pushdowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Deadlift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 15 lbs
Reverse curl: 2 sets 10 reps @ 30 lbs
Barbell bent over rows: 3 sets 10 reps @ 25 lbs
Stiff leg deadlift: 2 sets 10 reps @ 15 lbs
Seated lateral shoulder raise: 3 sets 10 reps @ 20 lbs
Abdominal crunch: 2 sets 15 ea.
3 minutes of rows @ 30 lbs (cooldown)

weight: 300 lbs.
