I generated next week's workout with the incremental increase, but none of the weight actually went up by another notch yet. I manually upped the deadlift weight to 20 lbs for next week, because I can barely feel it at 15.
My Sunday morning workout will be impacted by MFF, of course. I don't know what, if any, gym facilities are going to be at the hotel, and I'm not real keen on the idea of working out "on public display," as it were, so I might slide it forward to Monday, although bauske said he wanted to work out together. I guess I'll take the workout sheet and decide while I'm there.
