I was only scheduled to do two sets on the Military Press, but I got so in the habit of doing three with the previous workout that I just did the extra set by habit. Not that it's a bad thing, I suppose. ^.^'
Including yesterday's Yourself! Fitness workout, I have officially had my three for the week, so any workout I can finagle at FC is gravy. I've got a tentative appointment to hook up with a few other folks for a trip to the gym while we're there, which'll be a new experience for me. I'm not really used to working out with company, Kung Fu classes notwithstanding. I hope I don't come off as too much of a bozo. :P
