Tuesday Workout Report (Solid Form Directly to Gas Edition)

Tonight's film selection was Real Genius. If you'd ever like to know what my college experience was like, watch this film. Same year, same issues. I was 16 when I started college, whereas Mitch Taylor is 15 -- but it wasn't that different. I was a Humanities nerd instead of a Science nerd, but the rest is pretty scarily applicable. It took a lot of time and effort to make the suave, sophisticated man-about-town you know today! ;)

Anyway, on to the numbers!

Rows: 3 mins @ 55 lbs (warmup)
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 75 lbs
Narrow Pulldowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Triceps Pushdown: 1 set 10 reps @ 45 lbs (getting easier, but still tough)
Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 55 lbs
Seated Lat Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Rear Deltoid Row: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Chest Fly: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Military Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Gungbu / Long Stance: 1 min ea. side
Rows: 3 mins @ 35 lbs (cooldown)

Body Weight: 297 lbs

I'm glad I spent yesterday night drawing -- my body needed the break. Tomorrow night I might do some DDR if we have the time.
