Friday Workout Report (Who Draws Blueprints on a Windshield? Edition)

Had a physical and emotional meltdown last night, brought on mostly by stress at work I think, but also because I haven't been sleeping well since FC. So I skipped the workout last night and got up this morning to do it before work instead, while watching Speed Racer.

Here's the results...

Rows: 3 mins @ 55 lbs (warmup)
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 75 lbs
Narrow Pulldowns: 1 set 10 reps @ 50 lbs
Triceps Pushdown: 1 set 10 reps @ 45 lbs
Bench Press: 1 set 10 reps @ 55 lbs
Seated Lat Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Rear Deltoid Rows: 1 set 10 reps @ 40 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Chest Fly: 1 set 10 reps @ 35 lbs
Military Press: 2 sets 10 reps @ 25 lbs
Mabu / Horse Stance: 1 min 30 sec
Rows: 3 mins @ 35 lbs (cooldown)

Body Weight: 295 lbs

Still not feeling great, but I did at least get a little more deep sleep last night, mercifully free of noisy dreams. I am debating staying home today still, but I'll probably end up going in. :P
